Comcast Rebuked in Small Victory for Net Neutrality

From the LA Times:

Federal Communications Commission found that the cable company failed to tell its subscribers about the blocking [of some customers using file-sharing technology], lied about it when confronted by the commission and tried to cripple online video sites that compete with its on-demand service.

They ordered the cable giant to stop without a fine levied. It's a slap on the wrist that probably won't intimidate: corporates see that they can lie to regulators for free. But I guess it is better than continuing to look the other way.
