U.S. Senator Chris Dodd is co-sponsoring a bill that would reverse the Military Commissions Act, which threatens the civil rights of all Americans. That makes me sit up and take a second look at his presidential potential. He explains the Restoring the Constitution Act of 2007 and he invites supporters of habeas corpus to be "citizen co-sponsors" of his bill:
