For reasons unknown to me the Metro Council Public Hearing for the zone change request involving the development at 8th Avenue and Hume Street (across from Werthan) was rescheduled from January 2 to March 6.UPDATE: I seem to be getting a parcel of traffic lately from Urban Planet, where there is a discussion involving details about this development.
